Photos of the Town Highway Garage at 211 South Street, which will be renovated and expanded under the proposed building project.

The roof will be replaced and deterioration of the panels below the roof and along the base of the building will be addressed.

Expensive equipment is kept outside, exposed to the elements due to lack of storage in the garage.

Gutters will be added on the renovated building to prevent rainwater from eroding the brick exterior.

The Parks Dept. area includes workspace and workspace in an undersized area of the garage.

Every inch of space is utilized to bring as much equipment inside as possible.

Oil storage is limited and the room is not properly ventilated.

The locker facilities are undersized and lack space for female staff.

Bathroom and shower areas are undersized for the number of staff and insufficient on a daily basis and during long duration storms and emergencies.

Equipment is stored within feet of cleaning supplies, the staff refrigerator, and additional lockers that don't fit in the locker room.
